• Referral attribution may include referral code snapshot, landing URL, session identifiers, IP metadata, and user-agent metadata where available.
• This attribution data helps connect signup/checkout events to valid referral activity and fraud checks.

4) Payment Data Boundaries

• RSAI uses payment providers to process transactions.
• RSAI does not store raw card credentials in the Academy application database.
• We may store payment references, status, and provider response metadata needed for reconciliation, refunds, and support.

5) Fraud Prevention And Abuse Detection

To protect customers and preserve program fairness, RSAI may evaluate referral and checkout activity for suspicious signals such as identity overlap, repeated abuse patterns, and anomalous attribution behavior.

RSAI retains operational records for account security, auditability, support, financial reconciliation, and policy enforcement. Retention periods may vary by record type and legal or operational needs.

7) Data Sharing

• RSAI shares data only with trusted processors and infrastructure providers needed to run the service (for example hosting, payment, notifications, and analytics operations).
• RSAI does not sell personal data.
