Referral Policy

1) Who Can Participate

• Any signed-in RSAI Academy account holder can share a referral link or referral code.
• Referral sharing is intended for genuine word-of-mouth recommendations, not paid traffic arbitrage or mass-code distribution.

2) New Customer Requirement

• Referral benefits apply only to a referred customer’s first qualifying RSAI purchase.
• If the referred customer has already completed a qualifying paid purchase, referral discounts and rewards are not eligible.
• Self-referrals are not allowed.

3) Friend Discount And Referrer Reward

• Starter Kit: friend discount INR 50, referrer reward INR 50 RSAI credit.
• Workshop: friend discount INR 200, referrer reward INR 250 RSAI credit.
• Mentorship / Private 1:1: friend discount INR 300, referrer reward INR 400 RSAI credit.
• Flagship Course: friend discount INR 500, referrer reward INR 600 RSAI credit.
• Rewards are issued as RSAI credit, not cash.

4) Qualifying Purchase And Pending Period

• A referral reward is created only after payment succeeds for a qualifying order.
• Short products use a 14-day pending review window.
• Long guided courses use a 30-day pending review window.
• Credit is released only after the pending window clears with no refund, dispute, chargeback, fraud flag, or manual review hold.

5) Refunds, Cancellations, Disputes, And Reversals

• If a qualifying order is refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, or invalidated before maturity, the pending reward is canceled.
• If credit has already been issued and later becomes invalid, RSAI records a compensating reversal entry instead of rewriting history.

6) Anti-Abuse Rules

• RSAI may flag referrals for manual review based on suspicious activity.
• Referral rewards can be paused, denied, canceled, or reversed where abuse risk is detected.
• Referral discounts may be blocked when incompatible with other promotions.

7) Stacking And Promo Compatibility

• Referral discounts are limited and may not be combinable with incompatible launch discounts, coupons, or promotions.
• RSAI determines final eligibility and stacking based on checkout validation rules at purchase time.

8) Credit Nature And Use

• Referral rewards are RSAI internal credit only.
• Credit is non-transferable, non-cash, and cannot be withdrawn as payout.
• Credit application depends on checkout eligibility and available balance.

9) Policy Updates

RSAI may update this policy to improve fairness, prevent abuse, or align with product changes. Updated terms apply from the effective date shown on this page.
